I’m pretty obsessed with banana chips and aloe water. I think they probably infuse sugar in those chips but I love to snack on them and pretend they’re a healthy choice. For lunch, I will typically step away to eat. I find that one thing I cannot do in unison is eat a full meal and work. I either focus on my food or focus on my work but rarely can I do both. Also, I love to get out and enjoy our gorgeous weather. I find it helps when you’re not pinned to one location for too long. Movement is great!
